Welcome to my blog, It’s Actually Me! My name is Lesley and this is my introduction to blogging. The theme of It’s Actually Me! is self-actualization and may include discussion topics such as personal development, motivation, positive psychology, productivity, success, happiness, and spirituality – to name a few.

My background is not in Psychology, but rather in Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in the Plastics industry. However, as a life-long learner with a tendency toward perfectionism, I find myself often asking: What makes some people successful, while others make little or no progress toward achieving their goals? I hope by sharing and discussing these topics with you, we will gain insight and find ourselves one step closer to achieving our individual dreams.
